These terms apply when you use this website or book a video editing service with Scalbr. By booking a project you agree to the terms below. Full project scope, pricing and timelines are confirmed with you in writing before any work begins.
Scope & delivery
Each project is delivered to the brief agreed before work starts. Standard projects include two revision rounds covering changes within that brief; new requirements or a change of direction are quoted as additional scope. Delivery timelines begin once we receive your advance, footage, brief and references.
Payment
Book with a 50% advance. Pay the remaining 50% after approving your edit, before receiving the final unwatermarked files. Monthly plans are paid in advance. The one-time Test Project is ₹15,000 ($249) and is credited toward your first month if you continue with a monthly plan. We confirm the full payable amount before requesting any payment.
Content & ownership
You are responsible for having the rights to the footage, music and assets you send us. Once a project is paid in full, the final edited files are yours to use. We may feature finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
